Biografía

Guadalajara, Jalisco 1968.Graduated from the School of Plastic Arts of the University of Guadalajara. In 1994 he obtained a scholarship from the State Council for Culture and the Arts of Jalisco. Afterwards, In 1999 he studied at the School of Visual Arts in New York. Added to this, in 2003 he was awarded a Young Creators Scholarship from the National Council for Culture and Arts of the National Fund for Culture and the Arts and member of the National Creator System of the National Council for Culture and the Arts from 2007 to 2010. His first solo exhibition was "Pasajeros" at the Jorge Martínez Gallery at the University of Guadalajara in 1994. Since then he has participated in more than 40 individual exhibitions and more than 150 exhibitions in galleries and museums in Mexico, Latin America, the United States, Europe The Raúl Anguiano Museum in Guadalajara, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Morelia, the Francisco Goitia Museum and Pedro Coronel de Zacatecas, the Diego Rivera House Museum in Guanajuato, in the Ministry of Finance gallery.
